How to Purchase or Obtain

To access the service, please go to the customized University of Iowa portal, https://uiowa.qualtrics.com, and login with your HawkID and password. If you do not already have an account, one will be automatically setup for you.

Who can use the software?  Faculty, staff and students, no 3rd party use.

Training

Qualtrics will provide unlimited web-based training as part of our agreement with them. Individuals can sign-up for regularly scheduled training courses at http://www.qualtrics.com/university/training/.

On-demand learning is available, at any time during your day, by using the Qualtrics University Tutorial Videos. Begin by selecting the following URL, http://www.qualtrics.com/university/tutorial-videos/create-a-survey/, to learn how to create a survey.

ITS will also be coordinating several web-based training classes in the next few weeks. These training sessions will be posted on the ITS Training Resource Library once they have been scheduled (http://its.uiowa.edu/apps/training/).
