UI Bookstore, departmental purchase only.

Media (Actual Software/CD): $18.95 (*if needed).  Provide Departmental Form and requisition to purchase.

(*Purchases should be done by the departmental contacts and made available to their users.  If you have contacted your Support Staff Contact and they do not wish to check out the media, your area can purchase the media directly, but all usage needs to be reported to your Support Staff Contact.)
