Faculty Staff Home Use
Provide the below Customer form to ITS Campus Software Program, 2860-19 UCC or fax to 319-335-5505. This will expire annually in January.

Student Home Use
This must be requested by the instructor. Provide the below Customer Form to ITS Campus Software Program, 2860-19 UCC. In addition to this form we need a class list (student's name, hawkid and whether the student will need a Mac or Windows version). This will expire at the end of each semester.

For assistance installing the software, please contact to the HCIS Help Desk (helpdesk-hcis@uiowa.edu or 356-0001).
For assistance using the software after installation, as a first step, please refer to the Lasergene “Getting Started Guide”. In addition, to the guide, DNASTAR has provided online webinar videos available at http://www.dnastar.com/t-support-training.aspx .
Support on the use of the software will be available from the Hardin Library beginning with the Spring 2010 semester. Until then, contact the DNA Facility regarding questions that are not addressed by the manual or webinars.
