The following are license agreements that have already been evaluated by The University of Iowa Office of the General Counsel.  Please verify that the license evaluated previously is still being used before obtaining your software. 

If your title has not been reviewed, please send ITS Campus Software Program Office the Software Request Form.

If your title has been reviewed and the vendor would not negotiate a satisfactory license, department will need to assume risk if purchased.  This risk will need to approved/assumed by your department head.  Low Risk Definition.
