Syncing Your Palm PDA with Outlook
If you have not yet installed an Outlook client on your Desktop, install Outlook 2003. Your Palm ships with a CD which includes Palm Desktop & Synchronizaton Software (Pocket Mirror), the software necessary to sync information between your Palm and Outlook. You can sync your Outlook Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Notes. If your device is one of the following models:( Palm 3E, Palm Professional, Palm Personal,Tungsten T3 or Tungsten E), you will need to purchase Pocket Mirror in order to sync with Outlook on the Hawkmail Server. All other Palm devices will have Pocket Mirror on the original CD that came with your Palm.
- Install Palm Desktop and Synchronization Software.
- On the "Microsoft Outlook Detected" screen, make sure that the "I want to use Microsoft Outlook" radio button is selected.
- Connect the synchronization cable to your Desktop.
- Select the synchronize method.
- Sync your Palm with the information you have selected.
