Summary of Effective Communication Methods for Large Audiences
There are several electronic media options available for delivering your message. A mass mailing is one method for delivery information, but it may not always be the best choice. When deciding how to deliver your information, refer to the outline below.
When deciding whether or not to use mass mail, keep in mind that not everyone has an e-mail address. Some information you send out will be changing - a web page would be a good place to keep that information so people can check back and get the latest information. Once an e-mail is sent, you can't change the information.
