Personalities in Eudora
What Are Personalities?
If you have more than one e-mail account, consider using the Personalities feature of Eudora. You can add a personality for each of your e-mail accounts (Note: the e-mail account must be a POP3 or IMAP account). Once the personalities have been added, Eudora can download mail from all e-mail accounts whenever you check mail.
Why Use Personalities?
Use personalities if you:
-
have more than one e-mail account and want all messages to be delivered to one mailbox.
-
want to check mail once for all of your e-mail accounts.
Do not use personalities if:
-
multiple people are sharing the same computer.
See Additional Information—Setting up Eudora for multiple users on the same computer under Installation Instructions. -
you want to keep your mail in separate folders for each of your e-mail accounts.
