IP Printing for Mac OS X (10.4 and above)
From the Go Menu, Select Utilities. In the Utilities Folder, select Printer Setup Utility and Click Add to start the process.

Type the IP number in the Address line and click Add again. If you do not know the IP# of the printer, contact
your local IT Admin or the ITS Help Desk.

The Installable Options page will show up. Make the changes (or leave blank if you do not know what the installable options are). Click Continue when done.

You will now see your installed printer on the Printer Setup Utility page.
